Who can participate? Anyone in reasonably good health, college-age or older. If you are between 13 and 19 and want to participate, consult with one of the leaders.
What is the schedule? Start date is Saturday, September 7, 2019. There will be two group runs each week: one on Saturday morning and one on Wednesday before church. The last week of the program is that of October 26, and the following Saturday the group will run an organized 5K race in Oklahoma City.
